Hotel is very well maintained, very clean and the surroundings and views are stunning. Entertainment staff do a great job of providing activities throughout the course of the day. It's a big site with steep slopes/steps in part so would not recommend for people with mobility issues. There was some confusion over exactly where and when the entertainment was at times so feel like this could have been communicated more effectively. Brits are most definitely in the minority here - 80-90% of guests come from Turkiye, Poland, Russia so bear this in mind as the food in particular is not to everyones taste. The food was probably the most disappointing aspect of our break - meal times in the main restaurant were chaotic - far too busy with kids running all over the place with limited spacial awareness. The food choices were often repetitive and in many cases the food was warm rather than hot and with 3 children it was sometimes difficult finding food they would eat. The snack bars proved popular with the kids - Chips, Pizza, Nuggets, Burgers etc but none of the offerings were of great quality which was a sour note of the holiday. Our best meals were off-site at additional expense which when you pay for all inclusive holiday was a shame. The only other negative was the smell of sewage/drains down by the slide pool which was present on most days and certainly put you off your food/drink whilst in that part of the hotel.

Hôtel dans un très beau cadre verdoyant, dans les falaise...bon buffet principalement le soir. A midi, c'est répétitif. La plage privée est très agréable. Il est très facile d'aller en centre-ville, via des petits bus pour 1 euro par personne

Kids club is amazing although the extra fees for certain activities should be noted. 15 euro for tshirt painting, 10 euro for sand painting etc, and cash only with no ATM in the hotel. Food was awful especially if you are a meat eater, food is cold for the most part
