The food was consistently awful. More guests ate out than stayed in. Everything about the buffet was terrible including: the quality, the variety, the fact that no two items could be put together to make a meal, was awful. The pork was either overcooked and as dry as jerky or undercooked and rare and dangerous! To be honest, I have loads of videos, I’ll post them on social media. You can look there. And the fact that you don’t visit the hotel that you sold to me speaks volumes about the quality of the hotel and how much, or little, you care about customers like me! The aircon didn’t work, we had to pay for the safe… haven’t had to do that anywhere for 20 years or more, no fridge, no kettle, no information… except you find out eventually (if you ask) that you can scan qr codes throughout the hotel because the group don’t like notices!

The food was appalling always cold the plates were also cold. No English tea and could not get hot drinks unless you went outside to the pool area.

Accommodation is fine as a budget option but food really needs to be improved and kids mini disco is far too late at 8:30pm. Also there was no TUI rep at this hotel. Hotel was exceptionally clean and staff helpful and generally friendly. Room was ok apart from a weak air con system
