    The hotel room was lovely and well appointed. The all Inclusive food and drink provision was really impressive. Overall the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

    Accommodation location wasn’t great but we knew this before arriving. Hotel is nicely decorated which pulled us in however our first room we got given was not up to scratch. We stayed here for one night and then had to move rooms. We first noticed ants in the bathroom and then after the first day we came back to ants in our bed and crawling on my personal belongings in my suitcase. The second room was much better however I felt it wasn’t cleaned properly everyday. There were multiple spiderwebs in the bathroom that stayed there for the duration of our trip. These were pretty obvious and i’d be surprised if the cleaner didn’t notice this. Although the stray cats were lovely, I saw them on multiple occasions drink from the main swimming pool. There was also green algae on the sides of the other swimming pool. I’m not sure how often or when these were cleaned, but i never saw them being cleaned on my trip. My partner got splashed in the eye with this water from playing waterpolo with the entertainment team and it was very sore for about 48 hours.

    Overall the hotel was good but the overall cleanliness or the place is not what you would expect from a 4 star resort. There was bird dropping in the corridors not cleaned the whole stay and communal pathways were pretty grubby. The sides of the pools were sharp in some areas which caused grazes on some of our party
