Hotel staff were friendly, room was basic, mostly clean ceiling fan absolutely filthy. In our 2 week stay had bed changed twice. Towels 3 times on request. Were clean but very stained. Not enough places for clothes minimal Very noisey. Had maintance carried out for 2 days. Which obviously had to be done but no management told us about it very loud, at one point had sparks coming under the door. On leaving was told i had an outstanding bill for laundry that i had to pay never used this service. Was sent an invoice. I would not choose this hotel again. Been to Goa for many years had better service in other hotels.

The staff where all extremely pleasant and very helpful, sadly the waiting for breakfast was quite long, this could be the issue the hotel had no LPG, due to US Iran war, we where on the 3rd floor and the dirty bedding was left at the bottom of all the stairway causing possible trip hazard

Small hotel, with amazing staff team and very few British guests, so we had the pool area to ourselves on most days.

How can we trust this star rating again this hotel was in desperate need of refurbishment and was dirty and mouldy in alot of places, people who's jobs are to recommend this hotel should be sacked
