    Hotel , location and all but one of the staff was 100%. Only one lady on reception who was not very helpful at all after a mix up in who was in what room together(2 rooms). It was sorted the next day by another lady who was very helpful.

    In general the hotel is fine and well kept. Staff are amazing helpful and friendly . The food is adequate not great but not the best .We n could never find something hot just warm. The tables are set with a knife and fork on a napkin. You have to hunt around to find the glasses cups and saucers other eating utensils. Tea coffee machine always busy and takes some time getting your table setup before getting a bite to eat . The volume of children running around the restaurant was completely out of order at times . There was food dropped on the floor but staff were swift in cleaning it up .it really wants a adult dining area away from families There was one child who went to the whipped cream dispenser and used his finger to taste the cream then ran away . The ice cream tubs were in a horrendous state even left the scoop left in them. There were sweats for kids in bowls .the surrounding area was in a bit of a state the sweets were sticking to your soles as were the cereal dispensers. Kids just turning the release opening and letting the cereal fall on the floor. You had a chef who couldnt slice joints of meat .every time you asked for a slice it came out a big chunk of meat . The Turkey was the same not sliced just in big chunks. A week in the toby would have sorted him out. One night there was no gravy people asked for a refill standing with there plate with meat on it waiting . In the end up the floor manager was called to sort it out took them 20 minutes to get it refreshed by that time the roast meat was cold . Basically it is what it is cheap food done badly. Best eat out if you want quality meals forget half board best go b,& b. We stayed in the up room which gave access to the roof terrace A more luxury experience with a choice of snacks throughout the day from 10 am to 6 pm . Adults only though . It's getting a bit dated in itself now after a few years in the sun . Parasols a have seen better days.Most are torn or ripped and people struggle to put them up. The pool side attendant is very helpful and come to your assistance without asking . Towels are included freas each day for you to collect from that laundry basket . Drinks are branded cocktails are excellent and the staff great. .A great place to relax with spa pools and a metre deep main pool were you get a good view of your surroundings and the main pool area below . Lots for families and great entertainment for all ages . Staff in fun bar lounge work there socks off and are very attentive . All in all a great hotel for break away . Just food not the best. But still an enjoyable experience
