    “Skod hotel”

    Bliv væk herfra. Rengøring mangelfuld eller ********** ikke. Klager tages overhovedet ikke seriøst af hotellet. TUI gjorde hvad de kunne, men fik også bare en sludder for en sladder og fejlene blev ikke rettet

    Kompleks bardzo duży,duża ilość basenów natomiast nie ze wszystkich można korzystać.Zostalismy zakwaterowani w budynku który jest już mocno zniszczony i wymaga remontu.Jedzenie smaczne każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie warto rezerwować miejsca w pozostałych 4 restauracjach ponieważ w głównej panuje okropny tłok,walka o wolny stolik i często samemu trzeba sobie go sprzątnąć.Dużym plusem jest przepiękna plaża położona tuż obok.

    Although the room was clean they are dated and pictures on TUI website do not reflect a true representation We did not see any information about the rep or where to meet and greet as we have experienced in the past real people beat technology well that’s my opinion There was a electrical issue in the accommodation block so had to listen to a generator all week to support the air conditioning supply Food was acceptable same for drinks only downfall was not being able to use any food halls all inclusive doesn’t mean you have unlimited access to the whole site their were more exclusive options not available for TUI customers

    Our room on arrival was very disappointing, dirty, 1 towel, for 3 people, Building was not nice to look at, old. Did complain in the morning, reception allocated another room which was a Huge improvement. Walk in shower, higher toilet for the 2 assisted people. Building was pleasant to look at. Near the pool and the easier path to the restaurant where there was no steps. Pathways were not lit at night, torches on phones were used, very uneven pathway, Cleaning was a bit of a non entity and cleaning staff could not understand what we were requesting. Had to ask reception for towels , toilet rolls etc. One bed was changed out of the 3 beds , in 10 days. Quite unacceptable. Telephone in the room, which didn't work, large tv in the room, no remote. Building in itself looked newer, close to the pool, and easy access to the restaurant. The easier access bridge and pathways were not lit, so had to use torch on our mobile phones. Surface very uneven.
