Rep in hotel was very good, well informed and took her time with us. ( Victoria Van Peborgh ). Bar staff were terrible. Service was poor, constantly forgetting we had ordered drinks. Food was good but no bar snacks unless you went to one of the other hotels from the three. This just did not work at all. Reps at airport were just terrible. Did not give any information at all, pointless having them there.

Location was brilliant, small adult only hotel, room was ok but bathroom let it down being in the small side .

The hotel was small which we wanted the, the room we where given smelt and the view was overlooking a spur supermarket so we paid more to be moved to a better room which was much better.

Die Badezimmer haben in allen Zimmern keine Türen. Für mich mit Überwindung möglich, für meinen Partner ganz unmöglich. Ausweichen auf Toilette bei der Rezeption. Angegliedertes Restaurant(Massai) sehr gut, die anderen benachbarten Lokale sollten wir in der Halbpension mitbenutzen. Italiener gut und Fischlokal für Abendessen ungeeignet(Pommesbude mit Neonbeleuchtung wie im Schockraum Krankenhaus). Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön und das Buffet sehr reichhaltig und gut. Die Lage war mit direktem !! Strandzugang vom sehr sauberen Poolbereich ideal nach hinten raus. Die Gegend um Cala Major ist in Richtung Stadtteil Marivent ganz gut. In die andere Richtung aber schrecklich, dieser guten Interkunft nicht angemessen. Das Hotel liegt direkt auf der Grenze.

Hotel was very basic, staff were not present and not overly helpful. Cleaning staff were good but the outside seating area was covered in dirt and there were no staff inside. It felt very bare bones and the bar staff were not friendly. We bpoked an evening meal at the hotel one evening but our booking was not on the list. We were charged double for the evening meal which was not explained to us or justified. We had a massage which was booked at the hotel in the sister hotel, it was not an enjoyable experience. It was unprofessional and quite agressive. I had to book an osteopathy appointment when I got home to fix pain from the massage. It was only a short break but for an adults only boutique hotel I was unimpressed.
