    The hotel has serious health, safety and major security issues. We were two females travelling alone and were followed to our room by two men who were not guests. Upon complaining, and following up every day morning , afternoon and evening, staff dismissed our concerns. There were many issues with our holiday. It was midsold to us as a holiday in muscat but it was actually in an isolated deserted area an hour away from the airport. There were no shops or places to visit within the vicinity. The hotel had black mould all over the walls. In some places, it was painted over but it could still be seen and there was a very strong smell. Our room had cockroaches but nothing was done even after complaining repeatedly The balcony door locks were not working so we were frightened to stay in the room especially due to the incident of being followed. We did not have a rep to get any assistance We were unable to access TUI, on the website or the app. We managed to only send a message a day before departure which was too late. We received a pathetic response Do not book this hotel

    Only 1 of the 4 resort restaurants were open due to Ramadan No trips were available Hotel is very tired and needs investment No amenities (shampoo/conditioner/shower gel) in an executive suite on a resort?!?!

    Great hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Was great until coachloads of polish turned up mid week. The housekeeping was poor, left us no towels 3 days running
