    The hotel buffet bar service was appalling considering it lives of its name apparently its going to take 3 years before the hotel is back to normal with being taken over i wish we would have known before we left we would have changed the hotel instead of being notified before we left that one of the hotels was closed due to refurbishment and that it would not inpact on us which it never but they never told us they would close the other hotels on the complex when they had no staff or running out of food so go over to punta cana hotel the staff in buffet resterant and the lobby bar are appalling

    Everything about our holiday was perfect from start to finish. One of the highlights was being upgraded to a higher-standard room at Bahia Principe Punta Cana at no extra cost. As we were travelling with small children, we were also given a fantastic location close to the pool, beach, and restaurants, which made a huge difference to our experience. The resort had everything we needed, and we didn't leave the property for the entire two weeks. The transport, flights, food, and priority assistance when travelling with young children were all excellent. Every part of the journey was smooth and stress-free. My parents travelled from Poland to join us, making us a group of seven. They were initially concerned because they had read some negative reviews on the Polish TUI website, but our experience was completely different. We can honestly say that everything exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, both in the buffet restaurants and the à la carte restaurants. The rooms, facilities, drinks, and overall service were all outstanding. I genuinely cannot complain about anything. We had an amazing holiday and created wonderful family memories. Thank you, TUI, for making our trip so special.
