    Hotel staff were not helpful at all, communication was next to nonexistent. Our complaints were just brushed off and not addressed. Hotel room was clean / tidy , minibar in room was hardly ever topped up even though we requested it numerous times but wasn’t resolved . Went 4/5 days without anyone stocking it up or actioning the complaints we made

    The experience with Tui on a hole normally very good but this time not good the rtn flight when pay a lot more for premium seats you expect everything to be fine not broken armrests that I had to get fixed before flying and fix I mean taped together just so the flight was able to take off on time not causing any disruption to others same for my daughter Inlaw in row 4 then when it came to food there was only 5 veggie options available so when coming to ask my wife what she wanted she wasn’t able to have she had to have chicken for a big plane only to have x5 available is not good now o don’t normally moan but the hotel I stayed at was meant to be an upgrade to what we were originally going to have but as normal we book then find out what we booked is having a refurbishment this has happened for Jamaica in 2025 as well the legend was quite simply run down in dis need of refurbishment ac in restaurants not working staff not understanding what you were asking I know there will always be a language barrier but most didn’t even try when seated it would take forever for them to take drinks orders then when they did it would come wrong most of the tables in the restaurant delamination where all the wood chip is on show no table cloths and the biggest problem soft drinks were from a bottle so always flat this was in restaurants bars in the hole resort rooms very run down overall very bad experience and for such a dear holiday I’m not very happy As to the Tui rep we was not given details to see a rep nore did we see a Tui rep for the entire 14 days we were there Bahia Principe Explore Legend is a joke I will never book with Bahia principe again
