    Read previous comments. I book with Tui three times a year and spend a lot of money. I shall be looking at other options for next year

    There was no beach although the description states that the hotel has its own beach! The food was not of good quality except the ala carte which was difficult to book!We were given a side view room of the sea although we paid for and booked a sea view room.

    Very disappointed that we didnt get the family room we booked. We paid for a family suite with terrace on the ground floor as my husband is waiting for knee surgery . The put us in 2 separate rooms on a upper floor with only steps. Also we email 3 times to book reservations for restaurants and didn't get any response. At check in they told us no restaurants available to us without paying - only buffet. we tried to book via app - fully booked . It was only after emailing management they found a table for us in the al'carte . We paid nearly £1,000 a night for a buffet and a room we didn't request. Lots of other guests were the same and paid to eat out . The staff make the hotel as we found them all really friendly
