We love this hotel, which is why we booked a 6th visit. However, I did not realise from the room description, that the room did not have a sea view and balcony, which is normal for the rooms TUI provide at this hotel. Complained about this both to the hotel reception and TUI on arrival. Despite many attempts to get a better room, neither TUI or the hotel resolved offer a solution despite other rooms being available on various nights of our stay.

Nothing at all could be faulted - lovely family ran hotel with the family present most of the time

some rooms have a lot of steps - not for the fainthearted

Lovely room, very clean, great attention to detail, and brilliant staff

Staff were very helpful particularly at the pool bar. I had booked a twin room but we were given a double and the hotel could not change it as they said they were not notified.
