    For a 5star hotel I was a little disappointed in it, you are right under a flight path and the planes are very low the rooms wasn't cleaned just tidyed still dirty marks in bathroom and the floors was dirty from previous guests, there are bird nest above the room doors so bird droppings Infront and on balcony doors, there was broken floor tiles, also paracels bases that was screwed to the floor missing but screws still sticking out. For the price we payed I was very disappointed,

    Hotel was nothing short of horrific. Upon arrival, one staff member checking in 30 guests. No welcome drink, no water in the room and no food available despite being told at check in there was a mini bar and food. Room was appalling and dirty. Sheets left on the bed and beds not made. Had to make bed up at 2am (in a 5* hotel!). Food was not even average, restaurants not open when they said they would be. One bar clearly stated they served food until 16:45, when we went at 16:30 they had taken food away (despite sign saying food served until 16:45!) went to reception to be told another restaurant was opening at 5pm. Went to said restaurant who advised they weren’t open until 6pm. Went back to reception who was unbothered and said we could make a complaint. Went to make a complaint and they didn’t even want our room number! Again, second day and sheets left on bed. Bathroom bin not emptied the entirety of our trip. Toiletries not topped up so had to buy shampoo and shower gel in the shop. No water in room again, asked for this in reception. Water delivered and we put in the fridge. Fridge was HOT. Asked at reception who told us it should be hot as it’s a mini bar and not a fridge. Food was below average. In all areas of hotel. For £450 per night (ish) this was unbelievable. We have been to extraordinary hotels for much less £ with incredible food and service. Two of our party had a stomach bug who both happened to eat the same thing. When told at reception they couldn’t care, just carried on speaking in another language and put their heads down.

    Entertainment Though the hotel was lovely, with stunning views. If you like a quieter resort this would be ideal. For us we felt there was not enough vibes eg no music around the pool unless the reps were conducting games midday. The evening entertainment was medioca. There was not enough options for teenagers to hang out like play football in the evenings. Food The snack bar options were poor and limited. Especially as a vegetarian. After 9.15pm no food available.
