    The TUI Rep at Atlantica Bay Hotel was exceptional - as were all the Hotel Staff. The place was spotless, the service excellent.

    Food and accommodation was very good, the only bad experience was the al la cart restaurants which were mediocre, not as good as the hotel buffet.

    Overall it was an average stay. Some staff were amazing but some were miserable and unpleasant. The hotel room was clean and lovely but the bathroom needed some attention to detail and part of the doorframe was rotten due to water exposure. The pool area was untidy and required a deep clean as there was black mould on the tiles in the pool and the surround was grubby. Discarded towels left on beds overnight and not collected for a few days and only when a guest moved them. We have stayed here before and loved the previous stays but this one has ensured we wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

    Our stay at the ATLANTICA Bay exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel was immaculate, with every area kept spotlessly clean throughout the day. Our room was modern, comfortable, and well equipped, providing the perfect place to relax after a day by the pool or exploring Cyprus. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was always fresh and tidy. The facilities around the hotel were equally impressive. The pool areas were well maintained, there were always plenty of places to sit and unwind, and the beautiful sea views made the whole experience feel extra special. The all-inclusive food and drinks offered a fantastic variety, with something different to enjoy each day, and the quality was consistently excellent. What really made the accommodation stand out was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with a smile. They worked tirelessly to ensure guests had the best possible experience, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing, stress-free holiday, and we’ll be recommending ATLANTICA Bay to family and friends.
