The hotel is tired, with cheap and damaged furniture. Grouting and sealant I. Bathrooms is dirty/worn away. Beds board hard, noise from next door rooms very loud, also from outside noise. Outside the hotel grounds is an absolute tip - does not give a good impression

It wasn’t as luxurious as described. It was fairly unclean. The layout was difficult to navigate at times with a pram, which I think should be advertised.

It was very poor first year was fantastic was help full and accurate and was able to help with disabled people this year Room was smelling like mold come of our people that came had hard breathing over it but all three rooms was like it . Didn’t explain any extra cost and gave something to a blind person to read that couldn’t see it was told it was this price and was not . Will be looking else ware sadly disappointed in this hotel and the entertainment was not exable for the disabled people . Was made fun off by members of staff in there own language thankfully I have Turkish family that said it was rude . Why would I bring a blind/partly blind on holiday should have left them at home and such . Very disappointed
