    Amazing hotel and spa facilities. Our room (at the rear of the hotel) did not have the best of views - the road and the hotel car park entrance) so we barely sat out on the balcony, but it wasn't noisy at least. We were half board and the breakfast experience was the best I've ever seen - everything imaginable was set out (including 2 smoothie makers and an array of fruit, veg and flavourings to make your own concoction as well as bottles of prosecco, real fresh honey comb and every muesli ingredient you could possibly want as well as cooked breakfast ingredients and an egg station too). Unfortunately the 5 courses set menu for dinner was not so wide ranging and it was challenging to find something palatable each evening over our 10 night stay as the main menu of 3 choices for each course was the same each night with one additional option offered via a specials card. The presentation and staff service was amazing it was just the choices that were difficult if you weren't accustomed to such rigid fine dining. The hotel did arrange a couple of themed nights at the bar eg a BBQ and pizza night, but for TUI guests you had to swap out your evening meal option for lunch and then pay for the entire evening experience. This isn't convenient if you are out during the day each day. Notwithstanding this, we did have a fantastic holiday.

    Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Food a bit too fancy for me but hotel let us swap evening meal for lunch at the pool bar. Would 100% recommend

    “Wunderbar”

    Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit tollen Pools. Das Essen ist ebenfalls sehr gut, vor allem das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet. Den Kaffee bekommt man selbst gemacht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und obwohl es ein Spa-Hotel ist, wurden auch Kinder gern gesehen. Wir waren schon zwei Mal in diesem Hotel und werden es auch wieder buchen.

    Most comfortable beds. Hotel was kept spotlessly clean and in particular the air con in the room was best we’ve ever had in terms of it coming through a vent in the floor so no draft on you and it was very quiet. Also air con in corridors was great. Grounds of hotel very well manicured and maintained. Beautiful pools and jacuzzis, all with perfect water temperature
