    Staff were lovely that’s where it ends food was poor we upgraded to all inclusive only to find out it was a different menu at the pool bar when you went all inclusive only our last few days at hotel over 100 high school children were in the hotel either side of our rooms screaming banging doors keeping us awake if we had been told that these kids were coming to the hotel at the end of our holiday we would never of booked this hotel It also says short walking distance from skala which was not true it was a short drive all in all would not go back

    Overall accommodation tired and in need of renovations. Bathrooms in particular very tired and showers looking very grimy. Buffet food tepid at every meal. Pools whilst looking well kept freezing and an unpleasant experience. Apparently we were there on the last week of the season availability of items in shop being run down, pool bar ice creams virtually no choice just a few in the bottom of the freezer and staff in restaurant brusque and unwelcoming. Staff poolside very helpful and accommodating.

    The staff in the various departments were very helpful friendly and informative,. Enjoyed having fun and would get involved. We had some great fun with all of them

    “Kefalonia ist eine wunderschöne Insel, aber sonst für deutsche Urlauber ungeeignet”

    Die Insel ist wunderbar grün und landschaftlich sehr interessant. Deutsche Urlauber, die kaum oder gar kein Englisch sprechen sind auf dieser schönen Insel fehl am Platz. ...
