I had paid extra for a superior room with sea view and balcony or terrace however I did not get this. I have stayed at the accommodation twice before so know I was not given the room I booked, as did the receptionist. She came to my room and asked if everything was ok to which I told her it wasn’t . She phoned “her manager” and I was informed that the room I had booked wasn’t available. I had booked the package in January (9 months before travel) The manager said they could move me 2 days later which I accepted however I didn’t get the room for which paid for the first three days of the holiday. Of more concern was that they had placed me in a room assuming I hadn’t stayed in previous years and wouldn’t know. They are also leaving reception staff to sort out customers frustrations. (The reception staff were brilliant and I know they did their best to change my room) Having stayed before, the hotel was not the same standard. It appeared a bit unkempt (the room fridge didn’t work) and the standard of food (breakfast) was poor. Items weren’t replaced so if you didn’t go to breakfast early, there was little choice

Absolutely outstanding. I first visited last year and plan to return every year. It is a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel but that’s what makes it special. The staff remembered me and make everyone feel welcome and special. They make the best belling and bruschetta

It could not have been better! Beautiful hotel, perfect room, lovely staff, delicious food - it couldn’t have been better! The pictures on the app don’t do the hotel justice in my opinion. But better that then the other way around…

    “Stressige Anreise, trotzdem gut erholt.”

In die Jahre gekommen, müsste mal wieder renoviert werden als 4* Unterkunft.
