Very helpful staff. Some upgrading would be advantageous. Steps into pool very slippery (there is a warning sign). Unfortunately, despite being very careful, I still managed to slip and hurt the base of my spine, which is still causing pain a week later, so perhaps some alterations to reduce how slippery they are would be good.

Accommodation was good and most of the staff was good unfortunately 1 person spoiled it and that was the female lifeguard, she only spoke to the native speakers and seemed to want to cause problems for some like taking pictures of where people had been sat and running to reception with them.

It was a nice apartment. We were lucky to have a terrace apartment, but due to it being on reception level, meant that pool side it was technically a balcony. There are a lot of stairs, from reception down to the pool, entertainment and dining hall area, as well as stairs down to the Spar and back up to the road. I wouldn't recommend it to people with limited mobility as I didn't see a lift, although I had no cause to ask for one. Although the apartments are not close to the beach, it offers two free buses to, and from Maspalomas every day just outside the Spar, although I recommend Playa di Inglis over walking all the way to the white sand beach. The entertainment was enjoyable, and since it's outside but in the enclosed pool area, it doesn't feel as suffocating as other hot destination hotels who have indoor entertainment. The food was great, but if you're not a fan, each apartment has a kitchenette and there's a small saucepan and plates in the cupboards. There's a fridge for use and you can rent a kettle and microwave from reception if you need them.

“Kleines gemütliches Hotel”

Die kleine Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die beiden Pools sind vollkommen ausreichend , wir haben immer eine freie Liege bekommen. Was uns etwas gestört hat war dass ich in keinem Pool stehen konnte. Das Buffet war klein und das Essen könnte geschmacklich etwas besser und heißer sein, aber ich muss auch sagen dass wir immer satt geworden sind und jeder hat was für sich gefunden. Toll fanden wir die Getränke Auswahl, slush ice und das Eis täglich. Personal war immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen, Mann darf auch nicht vergessen, dass es nur ein zwei bis drei Sterne Haus ist. Wer Bedienung, Tischdecken sowie Tischgedeck erwartet sollte eine höheren Sternekategorie buchen.
