All good

Our accommodation was great, stayed here 3 times now , very clean ,great service, staff was lovely and friendly,no problems, great place to stay.

Was good hotel

The apartment was tired and uncomfortable. My bed wasn’t change during the week I was there. Towels were changed once. Staff were rude and unfriendly. Pool wasn’t particularly clean. House keeping spent a max of 5 minutes in the room when cleaning. The accommodation does not resemble the photos and description on your website. The only time I got bitten is in the apartment.

Only issue I had was when we checked in we was told kids can have rings for the pool and then 3 days later another staff member came and shouted at my grandsons and other children for having the rings or ball to play in the pool with and a old couple shouting and threatening my grandsons for splashing,one my grandsons as a lot of issues and that’s how he swims but they wasn’t taking no notice and the staff member what already moaned about the ring for the pool just stood there laughing
