Extremely run down, dated and in need of immediate attention. We experienced issues with electrics, air conditioning and kettle. However the biggest issue was massive cockroaches, one in the bed. We were moved to another block but this had excessive noise with twice daily refuse collection and lorries starting at 3 and 5am in the morning, outside the block. There was also smells from a water treatment plant nearby which we could smell. We were first time customers and felt the cost was not value for money due to such poor and dirty accommodation. You also refuse to refund us any money and we find this unacceptable. Our holiday was severely disrupted by the worries around cockroaches. The on sight restaurant / bar charged us for ice and we had to pay for a room safe and there were no instructions or information in our room for local contacts like emergencies, bus or nearest shop. We have video evidence should you wish to contact us, however we have not even received an apology from the hotel or formal complaint raised.

Apartment 101 ground floor, tiny terrace with a view of a hedge, the cleaners store room, and a building site. The bedroom window is in a stairwell and lift access so no natural light and very noisy. The apartment is situated right beside the main pool and restaurant so loud music all day and loud entertainment until 10.30 every night. Not a suitable apartment for a couple in their late 70’s.

Clean tidy accommodation, changed towels bedding regularly, great restaurant and staff, lovely swimming pool.. A bit far from shops bars etc..the only downside was uncomfortable beds..
