The accommodation was disgusting and I’m appalled to see you’ve renewed your contract with the hotel! The Tsokkos hotel chain in Cyprus is clearly about quantity not quality! The rooms were dirty, the electrics dangerous, not enough storage space for 2 people in the room, the bathroom was in a state of disrepair, housekeeping couldn’t even clean the corridors and the carpets were stained badly. On leaving there was a plethora of broken mini fridges and bed bases/mattresses in the corridor. There was a very poor selection of food that was the same all the time. There was no snack bar. There was no on-site entertainment - it was in a completely different hotel and the timings of expected entertainment were off completely by over an hour! The only reason this hotel got 4* was because of the fact it has a gym. Absolutely no other reason for it to be anything other than 2*

Hotel had bad reviews online but I thought the hotel was fine the staff helpful plenty of choice with food & drink the only thing was probably lack of entertainment on a night

Afew little things could make it better like the hair dryer wasn’t the best and nowhere to hang wet clothes on the balcony
