    Had have bed changed before use as blood stains on bottom sheet and mattress protector. Don't think sheets gad be changed from last occupant.

    Visited Amari Phuket 16 years ago, was curious if standards were the same, it exceeded our expectations, the standards had increased immensely. All the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Our maid went above and beyond, the bar staff were friendly and efficient, the pool staff helpful and quick to replace clean towels and keep the pool areas clean. The concierge were on the ball, observant and quick to assist . Can’t fault this hotel.

    Large deposit retired and delayed check out until room was checked. We were led to believe there was a private beach however there was only intermittent sand when tide was out. No sunbeds on the beach due to this
