    Our accommodation experience was wonderful from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean, with housekeeping maintaining them beautifully every single day. It was lovely to return after a day out and find everything fresh, tidy and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. Every member of staff we passed greeted us with a smile, which created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the accommodation. We got to know the waiters and bar staff by name, as well as members of the entertainment team, and it was lovely to see familiar faces each day. Their kindness and personal service made us feel so valued and helped make our stay even more special. The combination of the spacious, spotless rooms and the wonderful staff made our accommodation feel like a real home away from home.

    THERE IS A COCKRILL AT AN ADJACENT PROPERTY THAT WAKES YOU UP AT 05:00 EVERY MORNING FOR THE 10 DAY DURATION THAT WENT ON UNTIL 07:30. SPOKE TO RECEPTION AND ALL THE STAFF COULD SAY WAS THEY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM LIVING LOCALLY. DISSAPOINTED THAT CHECKOUT WAS AT 12:00 THOUGH TRANSFER PICKUP WAS NOT UNTIL 15:30. WRIST BANDS, UNLIKE OTHER HOTELS WE HAVE STAYED AT IN THE PAST WERE CUT OFF WRIST AT CHECHOUT AND WE NEARLY HAD TO BEG TO BE ABLE TO GET LUNCH BEFORE OUR DEPARTURE, WE WE DID NOT ARRIVE FOR CHECKIN UNTIL 14:20 BECAUSE OF THE VERY LONG COACH TRANSFER. THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE US AN INVITATION TO BE ABLE TO GET LUNCH.

    Lovely suite at the hotel. Staff on front desk were really friendly and helpful. Waiting staff were good especially Francisco on the pool bar who was chatty and made me laugh.
