I would maybe recommend for families but not for adults. I also think it would be very cramped in peak season

The hotel staff looked as if they did not want to be there. The animation was very poor during the day and especially at night. The sun loungers need upgrading and pool area needs to be cleaned daily (noticed plaster stuck on floor for the 10days we were there) out door pool absolutely freezing , so never used. Most of the hand dryers in the ladies toilets around the hotel were out of order and no replacement paper towels provided. One of the lifts kept going out of order throughout most of the day. Friends experienced poor treatment from on site shop £25 spent on Lilo for it to go at the seam in 20mins shop would not replace or give refund , very bad practice. Room smelt clean daily and the food was excellent. Visited this hotel 20 years ago when it was a Rui hotel and it was perfect, disappointed that we didn’t get or feel the same experience. The hotel needs an update inside and out.

Found the hotel in need of a spruce up on the outside a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss. Compared to some 4☆ accomodation we have been to in the past this was not up to the same standard. Maids didn't really do much in the room cleaning was very sparse.
