I have been going to Alondra Villas in Puert del Carmen Lanzarote since 2004 on and off, we chose them after going out there to actually see what they were like, they were absolutely fantastic and we booked one for a month, the Villas are always spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need, if you choose to not eat out in the evening, kitchen is equipped enough for you to rustle up a meal in the villa. The private pool is cleaned and treated every morning, the maid service is brilliant as is the welcome at reception on arrival. We had a little problem the day before we were due to leave, we had no running water, I contacted reception and the problem was solved within 20 minutes, certainly couldn't and wouldn't complain at that. Overall our accommodation was fabulous

Scruffy in desperate need of renovation terrible plumbing had to move due to a water leak the next room couldn’t use the bath because when you let the water out it overpowered the drainage system and water came up from a drainage hole in the bathroom by then didn’t want to move room again private pool man came into the private pool area unannounced at irregular intervals
