    Very dirty in public spaces and in room .. dinning area appears clean but cockroaches seen running around the floors near kitchen area Twin beds requested but not honoured and indeed not available according to staff Only able to get pool towels for one hour inthe morning

    It was a good 3 star hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few little bits in the room that were obviously in need of repair or updating and it was a shame that the condensation from the air conditioners from the rooms above dripped onto our balcony. The pool and garden area was lovely, the drinks and food were nice. The ability to book a shower for the afternoon on the day of leaving was lovely, so we didn't feel we were losing a day by having a late flight.

    We were given a room with the smallest balcony that only had one chair. The toilets in the pool area were disgusting. There was no soap in the ladies for 2 days. Then the handle broke on the only toilet that had a seat. The men's toilet door broke again for 2 days so the men had to use the ladies. I had a dead fly in my last meal, I'm glad it wasn't my first meal. I've been charged double the amount of tourist tax that I should have
