    I definitely feel it was oversold on the advertisement that made me want to book it. It said there was a snack bar. There was not. It was ice cream or cake. There was no food available between meals or 'snack' food for kids like advertised. The food itself at meal times I thought was fabulous. Even on the days where you knew it was leftovers and they were trying to get it used as best as possible, I didn't have an issue. The kids selection wasn't great. The staff availability for this time of year was poor. You do not expect to go on an all inclusive and have to queue for 15/20 minutes every time to get a drink. We were lucky enough to have a drink tray carrier with us, but even then we were met with animosity at the bar because there was 8 of us, so we got 14 drinks each time. 2 for each adult and 1 for each child. Because we knew how long it took to queue and the drink sizes were very big. Even at night, the queue was out of the building to get drinks. Really poor Bar staff were fabulous however. They were not to be faulted. Even they agreed they needed help. Daily activities were an bit poor. Zumba, water polo, volleyball. That's it. The water polo was quite rough, people were getting hit with the ball full force quite a bit, kids included. People taking it way too serious Overall I was happy. None of these things would put me off returning but deffo need to be looked into

    We paid £700 more for a luxury swim up room the room was ok but the bathroom was dirty. The bathroom door had paint flaking off it and the mirror had marks on it. It stunk and was filled with flies.
