    “Hervorragend”

    Voll Zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung des Hotels entsprechen dem was wir gesehen und erlebt haben im Urlaub.

    I would not class this Hotel as 5 star. It's more a 4 star venue. Nothing to do there. No Rep visited the hotel the whole time we were there. We had to pay for an upgrade as the accommodation was at the top of a very steep hill. My wife is recovering from Cancer and we need to move to a more suitable room but had to pay an upgrade. Transfers were 2.5 hours long both ways and not 1 hour as stated on the brochure.

    Transfer time stated approx 80 mins, was actually 2 hours! Accommodation was average, bed rock hard, no doors on shower so bathroom flooded every time you used shower. Staff at resort were lovely. Food was ok. Not quite 5*

    The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and the overall layout was very nice. The pool area was really clean and the sunbeds were great and very comfy. The staff were excellent and very attentive both at the bar and in the restaurant. The food itself was good (not great) somethings were a bit dry and there wasn’t much variety, even for an all inclusive (which is typically not that varied). The WiFi wasn’t great overall and could be better. The room itself was fairly small but did the job, although much more room for clothing is critical as we had nowhere near enough.
