Hotel claims to be a 4/5 star but the alcohol is poor quality. Cocktails are pre made out of a bottle and just taste like sugar. The room was okay but needed a bit of tlc, there was cracks in the walls, rips in the curtain, just small things but you’d expect them to be fixed. Poor quality of food, we ate out every night. The pool was freezing, needs heating. More like a 3 star.

The hotel has potential, but several issues impacted our stay. The restaurant food was nice, though it definitely needed a wider selection. One thing we found really odd was that sandwich meat was available at breakfast, but there was none provided at lunch. Unfortunately, we ran into a few significant comfort and maintenance problems: • Cold rooms: There were not enough covers/blankets provided for the time of year, leaving us cold. • Cleanliness: The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived. • Maintenance: Our room's door lock kept breaking throughout our stay. • Bar size: The on-site bar was tiny and nowhere near big enough to accommodate the amount of people staying at the hotel. With better maintenance, cleaner facilities, and a more spacious bar area, this could be a much better place to stay.

Poor food in speciality restaurants. Bar areas very bland, more like serving hatches. Hotel lacks character overall.
