    Recommended

    Incredible. Great for adults and children alike. A small enough space to give my ten year old a little independence too. Food was top notch and the hotel managers keen to address any issues / concerns. Most staff were pleasant and the entertainment each evening addressed family needs. A very pleasant stay indeed and am sure we will return. The cleaners each day were thorough and friendly. The complimentary mini bar replensished daily. A lovely touch.

    Everything was wonderful but a special mention needs to go to every member of staff at the hotel! From the initial greeting at reception to being waved off by the animation team at the end. The waiters in the restaurants were all super friendly and very attentive. The bar staff (especially Mehmet) were always super efficient and full of smiles. They put up with our kids constantly asking for surprise mocktails and never failed to impress! Big thanks needs to go to the animation team though. Tom, Domfu, Okan, Rosa and Merwin went above and beyond! We loved all of their activities, they were so friendly and inclusive which made us really want join in and be around them. By the end of the holiday they felt like our friends! We’ve never experienced this in a hotel before and that alone makes us want to return. Unfortunately we can’t remember the man who who runs the animation teams name, possibly Emra? He too was amazing! Just the friendliest people. We hope the managers at the hotel realise what a special team they have and that all the staff are given the credit they deserve! The food was also wonderful so please can our thanks be passed to the chefs too! The choice of food was incredible and was all came home having tried new foods that we thoroughly enjoyed.
