The bathroom was outdated and had fungus all over the shower area. The hotel absolutely needs a complete refurbishment. I cannot believe this hotel has been graded 4 star. Food, accommodation, entertainment were all terrible.

Smelly rooms, noisy from close clubs till 1am , food repetitive

The hotel was lovely and we particularly enjoyed being able to swim in the pool as opposed to just having a leisure pool. All the staff we came into contact with from reception to cleaners to bar staff were really helpful. The choice and quality of food at the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Our room was well located, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The hotel was one located with only short walk to the beach, shops, bars, market and restaurants. It was also a short walk to local buses to get to other areas around the Island and the buses were easy to navigate and reliable. The all-inclusive cocktails were not good, very sickly and mass produced and a number of main ones were not included and were charged at over 7 euros each for example mojito's and pina coladas. Another downside of the accommodation was that on Saturdays in particular the whole hotel and pool became very busy with daytrippers to the point where there were no sunbeds available, there were no plates or tables available in the restaurant at lunchtime and the whole hotel became incredibly noisy. Additionally, the hotel Wi-Fi was terrible.

I recently stayed at your hotel with my son to celebrate both my birthday and the publication of my first book. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects of our experience. Firstly, as a vegetarian, I found the food options to be quite limited, and the dessert selection remained the same each day, offering little variety. Secondly, the entertainment provided was not of a satisfactory standard and only lasted for approximately one hour, which did not meet expectations. In addition, we encountered hygiene concerns during our stay. There were cockroaches present in our room at night, and ants were visible in the restaurant during the day. Finally, on our last day, there was a car fire outside the hotel. Smoke entered the building, causing discomfort and coughing, which raised concerns about potential smoke inhalation and overall guest safety. Given these issues, I felt it was important to bring them to your attention. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. Maybe a gesture of gratitude would be appreciated
