    I would not rate it 5 star for a few reasons . The beach was not private and not very clean . There was no Al A carte restaurant for something different. For the cost of the holiday there was not a very variety in the spirits provided at the bar.Snacks had to be paid for even though we were all inclusive. The sunbed situation which had now gone viral was rediculous ..Again the worst aspect of the hotel

    Not happy having to pay for drinks whilst we was half board I’ve never been to a hotel where the drinks weren’t included so I wouldn’t go back to that hotel

    The hotel is stunning We upgraded to a sea view plunge pool room which was gorgeous We had originally booked a city view, we viewed both, yes the city view isn’t the best view, but the rooms are bigger and they are nicer rooms in my opinion but we wanted a view with it being our first time in Crete and my birthday The food is so nice at this hotel We ate out every other night - for a change but we really didn’t need to The pools are clean they have cleaners everywhere even at 8pm We were half board so they let you swap from evening meal to lunch, which is a bonus It’s a great location as well right at the beginning of the prom Turn left, keep walking and you’ll hit all the bars and restaurants We will definitely return xx
