It’s just very dated and the food in the restaurant wasn’t great so we ate our lots which adds to the cost of an all inclusive holiday!

The Aegean Bay is a wonderful place to stay as the quality, service and location are of a very high standard. There were some communication issues I was aware of between staff and guests, but most of these resolved quickly and staff were diligent. I was not aware of any complaints. I had no complaints and in fact only praise for entertainment team, hotel reception staff and clean crew. The restaurant was good and food selection to a high standard. One gripe was around some confusion on seating. There are times when a queue to be seated is needed. However, it is inconsistent and often unmanned until called forward. This needs more co-ordination to avoid confusions and ensure people get their place at the right time. There should be a staff member on point when queueing is required. They should remain at this station. In some cases, there will be people who have legitimately queued for a table as a portion of a party (same family) and when others arrive later, they should let through to join the party

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Hotel wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba, położony w ogrodzie i bardzo blisko ładnej piaszczystej plaży. Do dyspozycji gości m.in. dwa baseny, kort tenisowy, pokój fitness. Codziennie organizowane wieczorki z muzyką. Wspaniała restauracja na miejscu. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i bardzo urozmaicone, każdy mógł wybrać coś dla siebie. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, codziennie wymieniane także ręczniki. Naprawdę nie było się do czego przyczepić Gorąco polecam.
