Very clean tidy and very friendly staff

The hotel manager Mina was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, funny. And all the other staff, from her colleague to the chef and cleaners were all fantastic. Felt like a little family. Loved the cats too! We were thrilled to get a room upgrade on arrival, especially after the nightmare of the cancelled flight and missing 2 days of our holiday. The pool was big but never too busy, you could always get a lounger (if even some ********** went out early in the morning to claim theirs); the rooms were spacious, as was the bathroom, with fantastic shower. Small but perfect sized balcony. Delicious breakfasts with good options and variety (perhaps less so for vegetarians). Amazing location - 5 min walk from beach, with shops, tavernas and bakeries on the doorstep.

The hotel is rated 4ts, in all honesty I think this needs reviewing. The hotel needs a lot of work doing to it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on the floor the mattress was that hard. I had to sleep on the duvet to try and make it more comfortable. The lady on reception was absolutely amazing and I can not fault her. Hotel security isn't good at all. Reception closes at 9pm, which is fine, but if new people are coming into the hotel there are signs on the door telling people how to get into the building, where the keys are etc which is a big concern! It stipulated in the write up about the hotel pool bar, and about enjoying cocktails. This is not the case, the poolside bar isnt an open bar, you have to go to reception to order and they only have local beer and wine.

It’s not what was advertised in the brochure

The breakfast was terrible. There were no bar snacks at all around the pool. There was no bar service around the pool on some days. There was no bar service after 7 pm in the hotel at all. Other than that it was quite nice, clean and friendly. Could have done with a show around when we arrived,as it would have been nice to know where everything was. Also, the maid left my daughters room open three times during our week stay, so if you gave any valuables, please leave them in the safe boxes.
