    This was our 6th visit to this hotel and we cannot believe the change. The hotel shower was dirty. The towels were brown not white, they had stains, the bed sheets were really poor also. I had to beg for water. I asked twice and told there was none. In the end i went to the market across the road to buy some. I did speak to the tui rep and then they were allowing us 1 bottle per day. That is not adequate. Drinks have got smaller, and the restaraunt food is not good anymore.

    Lovely accommodation, small hotel with very friendly staff. However, The cleaners aren’t very good at their job. Apart from clean towels, it wasn’t often that the bedding was changed. 2 other people we travelled with, had underwear stolen out of their room. We felt we weren’t able to unpack our suitcase, with the possibility that items, as small as underwear could be stolen. The food wasn’t as good as it was the past 2 times I visited. There wasn’t as much variety as there was before and a lot of things lacked flavour or were too salty. The entertainment staff were lovely and tried their hardest to keep everyone entertained but the activities around around/ in the pool weren’t very popular, as they were before because no one knew they were happening, until they had started. The previous times I’ve visited, the reps etc. used to come around and gear everyone up to take part in everything that the hotel had to offer. The evening entertainment also lacked variety and was very boring compared to previous years. If it wasn’t music bingo or quizzes, 3 nights in a row there was a ‘live act’ which were just people coming to sing to the guests, it seemed very repetitive. There didn’t seem to be much going on around the hotel compared to previous years.
