    Wasn’t as nice as we were led to believe, the pools were made from bare concrete and not inviting at all, the reception was just a desk in a plain white room, the hotel corridor's where all plain white with concrete floors, food and service in the snack bar was poor, the beach was awful and the sunbeds were in poor condition, food in the Buffett lacked variety, I don’t think this hotel should be described as 5 star, we only went for week but ate out in the evening 3 times, the transfer was 90 minutes not 30 minutes as advertised, we paid for a taxi for our return, drink options not very good, only one draught lager available which wasn’t very nice, no bottled beers covered by all inclusive, the cushions on the seating area at the side of the main pool were in poor condition as was seating between the pool and the sea, also the night time entertainment wasn’t very good either.

    Towards the end of the week holiday it became busier and the buffet became empty, food was not replenished as quickly and most food options had ran out. Definitely need to make sure the food is better as there is only one restaurant other than the buffet

    We booked a sea view room which it definitely was not! We looked over rubbish, sheds, building site next door and a partial view of the sea. I have a video of the view if you wish to see it but it was room 208. We reported straight away to reception around 11pm and was told to come back in the morning. We saw your rep in the morning and her response was that it can take 1 to 3 days to move rooms. Explained it only a very partial side sea view and her response was that if you could see the sea then it is sea view!! I asked her to come and look at our room and also show me what a side sea view room looks like if ours was sea view. She declined this opportunity. The hotel staff sorted our problem for us. We then had a late check out which cost an additional £100. No one could tell us if we had to change rooms or not and we assumed we paid the money to keep our room that we had been allocated. When we asked your rep, her response was that it is in the small print. Your rep was no help whatsoever
