    My only issue was sheets not changed and the hotel if you have problems walking is too far out need transport every where..

    “Der vi bodet var ikke så godt”

    Der vi boet var ikke så godt de glemt at lukke døre og der var vand på trassen vil bil gerne flytte væk vi boet i numme 649 der vil vi ikke bo mer men hotel var rigtig fin ogmin mand fik dålig mave af på en hvor man kunne få bøf men else var der fint komme gerne igen til næste år i september

    “Tui reps saved our holiday”

    honestly wasnt sure wether to leave this review, but I want others to know our full experiance with this hotel. On arrival to our room we where happy, we had a family room on the top floor of the main building. Initially it was great. Unfortunatly, this happiness did not last long, for 4 days we where woken repetedly in the early hours by people running up and down the corridors and by the people in the room next door that we unfortunatly shared a door with. After 2 hours sleep a night we then had to wake up at 7am everyday to try and get a sunlounger at the pool.. it is stated 8am is the earliest but by 7am all loungers where taken. Being on the top floor also sometimes meant waiting 15/20 mins for a lift, we experianced on multiple occasions people holding lifts on floors. After 4 days of no sleep we spoke to reception about moving room, we where brushed off and told to return in the morning, so after another sleepless night we went back. From the minuite we arrived we where spoken to with distane.. we made it clear we where happy to pay for an upgrade if it meant being in a quieter location. We where offered a swim up room, right next to the main pool, all wedding and evening entertaiment also with the same noisy adjoining door, for 900 euro ... when we communicated our concerns with the noice level being the same if not worse we where told \"nothing else is available, speak to the customer relations if your not happy. \" which we did.. to be told \"im busy come back in 15\". By this point surviving on little sleep with 10 days left of our holiday I had an emotional breakdown in the middle of reception. Thankfully we where able to speak with the tui reps in the reception who where angels, they spoke personally with the booking manager and where able to find us an upgraded room in the quiet part of the hotel, still for 900 euro. without them we would have moved hotels. Once in the new room our experiance improved. The bar, resturant and cleaning staff where exceptional and the evening entertainement was varied with talented cast. The food was ok thou being there 2 weeks meant repeated meals which got very boring. I would reccomend this hotel only if you book away from the main building and if you ever have issues just go straight to the tui reps as they are the only ones who will care. Thank you tui staff !!

    Fantastic facilities, food and drinks were lovely and perfect for families. Only gripe we had was the travel cot not being ready and the TUI staff not being very apologetic.
