    We booked all inclusive but most of the drinks were not included. If mini bar needed to be filled you had to pay even though you could get the same drinks for free at lunch or dinner. Not enough smoking areas. Ice creams throughout the day had to be paid for. Only time you could get ice cream (scoops in a bowl and not a cone) was at lunch or dinner. The toilet door was hanging off as soon as we got in the room. The last night we were there, water started coming through the ceiling in the bathroom so had no sleep on the last night due to listening to running water all night. We had a late departure and asked for a late check but was told we could only have the room till 12 which was no good as we were not being collected until 17:50. Whilst we were still on site, nobody had been given our room so not sure why we could not have had the room until we departed.

    On the whole it was a very good experience, the parts that was not so good it being told if you want bottled water is was €1 for .5lt not sure how that works in an all inclusive package we are sure it was not from another country, total understanding other drinks being charged for but not water vary bad. Also when we had a meal on the al acarte restaurant we where charged for the wine not that bit mater we should have been told when booking, the bit that makes it unpalatable is we order one bottle of wine being told they did not have it given another bottle being, told it was the same price and being charged more for it this happen to 5 other people that night, just be honest if they want to make more money I would we would have paid for it. The meal was a meat menu it was more like a cheers menu. It was a great shame.
