    Our Experience at Aqua Mirage Hotel, Marrakech 🇲🇦☀️ Our 8-day stay at Aqua Mirage in Marrakech was a mixed but memorable experience. The hotel is huge, with plenty of facilities and lots of options to keep guests occupied. There is a lot of potential here, and one of the biggest positives was undoubtedly the staff, who were consistently kind, welcoming, helpful and approachable. Their ability to communicate in multiple languages was particularly impressive and made it easy for guests from different backgrounds to feel comfortable. However, there were some areas where we felt the hotel could improve. Hygiene was our biggest concern, particularly in the dining areas. We noticed food being handled frequently with bare hands, which raised questions about food hygiene standards. The food selection was varied, but the quality and taste were fairly average overall. We also felt that the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance could be better. We were unable to confidently establish whether the bedsheets had been changed daily, and there were occasions when towels were unavailable. Some areas of the property also showed signs of wear and tear, including broken tiles and cracks in the walls. Given the size of the hotel and the number of guests it accommodates, we understand that maintenance is an ongoing task, but these details did affect our overall impression. Despite these concerns, the staff deserve genuine recognition. Their kindness, patience and willingness to help made a real difference to our stay. A friendly team can go a long way towards making guests feel welcome, and that was something we appreciated throughout our holiday. Overall, Aqua Mirage has plenty to offer in terms of size, facilities and variety, and the staff were a real highlight. With greater attention to hygiene, food quality, housekeeping and maintenance, we believe the hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests. We enjoyed aspects of our stay, but addressing these areas would make a significant difference to the overall standard of the hotel.
