    Hotel was great and the food options were pretty good for all inclusive. The pools were freezing which wasn’t ideal for my little boy with autism, as he gets a bit funny and won’t persevere with the coldness.

    Overall, we enjoyed our accommodation and had a positive holiday experience. The hotel was clean, the facilities were good, and the food was of a good quality with plenty of choice available. However, there were several aspects that left us disappointed. Throughout our stay, TUI representatives were noticeably absent and difficult to contact when assistance was needed. Unfortunately, our family experienced two accidents during the holiday, and despite these being reported, we have received very little follow-up or welfare checking afterwards. This left us feeling unsupported at a time when we would have expected more visible customer care. In addition, while the food itself was generally very good, it was consistently only lukewarm rather than hot. Although this may seem a small issue, it did detract from the dining experience over the course of the holiday. Despite these concerns, we had a good holiday overall. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, particularly around the visibility and responsiveness of TUI staff when issues arise.

    Very pleasant helpful staff, fabulous food and drinks, the entertainment we saw was really enjoyable, it was a large complex we did not stay long enough to experience everything, it was very clean a lovely stay.
