    One afternoon someone had reported poo in the main pool, it took staff over an hour to address it and call everyone out the pool, we had no clue we was all swimming in poo, I only found out after a guest told me. My daughter has had to have antibiotics for an ear infection and I’ve had red watery eyes since holiday. Not sure if it’s related but it’s not good.

    Accommodation itself was ok but wouldn’t return. We had ants in our room on more than one occasion. The splash park wasn’t located within the hotel, but a short walk to a water park with only chairs, no loungers which made it awkward for us. I always look for a splash park on site so feel the pictures are mis leading. The staff at the hotel were brilliant and friendly, lots of them too. The snacks in between meals weren’t ideal, not great choices and only nice cream down at the beach which is too long of a walk for a 1 year old, just a little inconvenient

    The hotel communal areas were clean and room was clean. One complaint about the room is not enough storage and there was no chair in the room. The charge to use the safe was expensive €60 for 2 weeks.
