Hotel is fine but there is nowhere local to the hotel to go there is no bars, shops and restaurants local you have to get a bus/taxi to find somewhere to go

Lovely room nice and spacious

Its the second time we've visited this hotel. The rooms are fantastic with a separate living room and great air conditioning. There are always loads of sunbeds available throughout the day. The staff work really hard, the drinks and service are great, the food lets the hotel down a bit as it was rarely warm but it wouldnt stop me from going back.

The apartment was acceptable however the bathroom was very dirty. There were hairs on the toilet when we arrived and the grouting in the shower was black and slimey where it hasn't been cleaned for some time. The food was ok, not spectacular and seemed to be mostly the same everyday consisting of Pizza, Chips, Lasagne and a selection of salad. Breakfast was ok, Just basic hotel food but acceptable. My only big criticism is the pool area where loud music was played on loop from 10am until around 7pm everyday. If would have been nice to maybe have switched it off for a few hours in the afternoon for those who want a bit of peace and relaxation by the pool.

The hotel itself is stunning and there’s lots of food options. Unfortunately it is very remote with only a small shop on site, this didn’t put us off as we knew there was a bus nearby however the transportation is very poor and we had to sit for 2 and a half hours waiting for a transfer back to the hotel. The entertainment team are great however we did feel they avoided speaking to us quite a bit and seemed to gravitate towards Spanish speaking family’s or French speaking family’s which may have just been down to it being easier to communicate with them. Our room was lovely with cleaning everyday, we went all inclusive and found this great however very repetitive and by day 5 we’re a bit fed up with the same items that said we do understand they have lots of people to cater for and that they do change it up daily however it’s not the kind of food we eat so we went for the same things. Looks are great however not deep enough to swim in properly I’m 5ft 4 and could stand in every part of both pools.
