    The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping was excellent. However, we felt that the hotel was mainly aimed at older guests. There was very little entertainment or atmosphere during the day or in the evenings, so for families or younger guests it could feel quite boring. Another thing we found frustrating was constantly being asked for our room number when ordering drinks, even though we were staying on an All Inclusive basis. We understand that the hotel may need to keep records, but having to give the room number almost every time we ordered a drink became repetitive and inconvenient. It did not feel like the relaxed All Inclusive experience we expected. Overall, the hotel has some good points, especially the cleanliness, but the lack of entertainment and atmosphere, together with the way the All Inclusive service was organised, meant that it was not the right hotel for us and we would not choose to return.

    We had what they called a twin room 1 double and 1 single bed. This wasn’t a twin room it was just a double room. They brought another bed into the room and squashed it up against the curtain making the room small for walking space and closet space.

    Room was partial sea view but was basically inland view with a tiny glimpse of sea. The shower was over the bath wich is not ideal
