    Lovely accommodation but feel that for a higher end holiday the experience of a family should be similar to that of adult. Eg sun beds around mixed/main pool were poor quality especially in comparison to the adult pool.

    Didn't use the transfer as the journey was going to be 2 hours so paid for private transfer both there and back. Food, big selection but was always cold ( 5* dining should not be serving cold food) they should have thought of how to serve all hot food \"hot\". this will be the main reason not to all inclusive holiday again. the beer and wine was really bad and given no choice of any alternatives, the spirts were good but when you out in the sun you need light drinks. for 5* we should expect to have extended checkout times if we have a late night flight, the temporay changing arrangements after 11.00 am checkout was dreadful the adult entertainment was poor and there was no where else to go witihn walking distance to experience the local shops,food and general amenities. Overall I believe we recieved a 3* service and would avoid all inclusive and TUI for all the reasons stated above as we had a similar experience we you on our last holiday. In all there was a family of 10 persons and paid £16,000 for 7 days 3* service, poor show. Regards Inderjeet Biant 07917 422320

    The accommodation was the best we have ever stayed at. It was so aesthetic, clean, child friendly. The food was incredible. We loved every single part of the hotel

    We had a slight blip the day we arrived as we booked a swim up room but an error had been made so we stayed on an upper floor for the night but room was supplied early the next day
