Over all very clean room ,nice centre location book in time was 1500 hrs our flight was an early one on arrival at hotel was all done over a phone app not very good no staff available digital door locks etc no safe place to store luggage was a room but work men using as a short cut , only staff we saw was at breakfast , no coffee making facilities in the room one in corridor near main door no milk available for the whole 4 days

no reception / had to phone on arrival to get into the hotel foyer and room code / no staff at all / if you wanted room cleaning etc you had to phone someone that morning Shower doors dodgy. finish off sink surround coming off and chip wood visible Breakfast was nice, but was in an attached restaurant accessed through the hotel Area at bottom of hotel steps was extremely icy and hazardous, no one had gritted, yet main streets are. area was also on a slope so more slippery I appreciate it was a 3star hotel but it was not a good reflection of TUI

see previous notes, awful place, the front desk was ripped up with pipes sticking out, coffee machine only had 1/2 the things working self checking not advised - didnt get any details/codes prior. had to call and chase for codes, got cut off, 2nd call got through, then had to wait for email for the codes, very stressful after journey...rep didnt actually know where the hotel was and had to look around for it, didnt bother to make sure we got in icy outside, coach couldnt turn into road, not deiced would not recommend this hotel or tui...2nd time 2 years in a row i have been let down by tui

Arrived via TUI at 12. No reception staff at the hotel. The reception desk was removed during our stay. We had not received the code for the door. We had to phone for a room code and line was not clear. Lady on the phone difficult to understand. No obvious area to store luggage. Room for 3 was small with no wardrobe, shelves or drawers. Shower cubicle very small. If you wanted your room serviced you had to call and book this a day in advance. Nobody to support with the direction to main shopping street or restaurants
