    We arrived and were offered an upgrade to a room with a private pool at a reduced rate. We spent the first night in our initial room booking. The room was lovely but it was not very clean. Floors were filthy. However the amenities were really impressive with lots of extras that were not expected. We moved to the room with the pool on the second day and it was gorgeous. I would recommend this type of room to everyone because it really made the holiday extra special. The first room and second room were otherwise identical.

    Amazing hotel, staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The lift and buggy shuttle was annoying for the first couple of days but do get used to it. Food was great, drinks were amazing. Accommodation was spacious and clean. Swimming pool area was incredible with the views looking down at the beach. Overall very good experience and will be looking at visiting again
